Amanda is an experienced project and business leader with a track record of delivering large transformation programs. She has a natural ability to solve complex problems, lead large teams, engaging and influencing stakeholders across organisations to deliver results.

Before joining Puzzle, Amanda led the implementation of a new HR and Payroll platform for the Woolworths Group with over 175,000 employees across multiple business divisions.

Amanda is focused and practical in her approach. She thrives in demanding environments with maturity, credibility as well as high levels of energy and enthusiasm. She is always looking for ways in which to improve processes and streamline or remove unnecessary tasks.

As Client Lead, Amanda’s superpowers are relationships and planning. Connecting and collaborating with people. With a strong focus on outcomes, she creates partnerships, which help transform businesses. Amanda also leads our internal people function.
