With 20 years’ experience in the office furniture space across Australia and New Zealand, Andy has a deep understanding of the physical office environment and how this contributes to user experience.

Andy has a passion for helping create work environments that enable people to thrive, drive organisational culture and deliver bottom line results. Having been involved in projects of all scales up to several thousand staff, a consistent observation has been the importance of managing people through the process of change. Great project outcomes rely heavily on the willingness and engagement of staff, which is true now more than ever, given the complex and rapidly changing world in which we live and work.

Connecting the dots for clients and leveraging the broad expertise within Puzzle to deliver tailored solutions is Andy’s mission.
