Grace brings more than 17 years' experience managing workplace transition, intelligence and observation studies in complex environments, across all industry categories.​

She consults across all aspects of workplace projects, including block and stack planning, transition planning and management, storage management as well as managing complex ICT, fit out and human factor dependencies across multiple sites.​​

Grace is a natural organiser with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for process. These traits have seen her deliver highly successful projects for a wide range of clients including; CBA, Telstra, Westpac, Department of Defence, NSW Health, Macquarie Bank, Australian Federal Police, NSW Department of Communities and Justice and many more.

Grace provides core training and support for workplace intelligence activities which deliver robust evidence and utilisation data to support workplace strategy. Her data-driven insights provide clarity and innovative strategies for challenges being faced by organisations moving to agile ways of working,
regardless of project size. ​

As Client Lead & Workplace Alchemist, Grace provides strategic and planning advice to clients, helps them to tackle and streamline storage needs, and create and manage their people and asset databases.​
