Katherine Divett

Katherine draws on more than 20 years of experience leading teams through transition and transformation to genuinely engage stakeholders, understand the complexities involved in their workspace journey and support them to achieve their strategic aspirations. ​

Prior to Puzzle, Katherine was a senior property executive within large corporations, and led many major organisational transitions, from company-wide business model reforms through to innovative property projects, including flexible working.​

As Puzzle’s CEO, Katherine leads from the front, consistently promoting an evidence-based, human-centred, co-designed approach to all engagements. Katherine has worked with some of Australia’s largest corporate and government entities to successfully define their workplace aspirations and help bring them into reality.

Her passion for, and knowledge of workplace combined with a genuine care for clients drives the tight-knit team of Puzzlers to deliver consistently outstanding results for clients.

Katherine holds a broad range of qualifications across Marketing and Communications, Project Management and Green Building design. Combined with a sharp intellect and years of workplace specific experience, Katherine works closely with clients to deliver innovative, high performance work environments.
