Siân has 20 years Corporate Affairs experience, working in large, complex, publicly listed organisations and communication consultancies. She has a proven track record of developing integrated communication strategies, which have enhanced corporate reputations and engaged employees. ​​

Siân spent more than a decade as a senior internal communication strategist with one of Australia’s leading corporates, where she developed and delivered innovative change communication programs to support a range of transformation initiatives. ​

As Client Lead & Righteous Word Nerd, Siân delivers strategic counsel, change and communication programs, to support workplace re-design, transformation, and relocation projects. Since joining Puzzle in 2018, Siân has delivered complex and rewarding projects for NSW Rural Fire Service, Defence,
Publicis Group, Macquarie Bank and various local government councils.
