Tony Walsh

Tony draws upon over 30 years’ experience in real estate strategy, capital programs and property operations having worked as a senior executive for both blue chip multi-national and medium-sized corporate and public sector organisations in Australia and the UK.

Most recently Tony was Director of Property Management for University New South Wales where he was responsible for driving major improvements and reforms to service delivery, customer insights and the estate improvement capital program.

Tony is particularly interested in the evolution of the workplace and its ability to positively impact business culture and employee engagement.

As a Client Lead and People Guru Tony’s strengths in maintaining trusted relationships and project management enable him to take account of both tangible and intangible factors in any engagement.

Since joining Puzzle in 2022, Tony has supported various complex relocation projects from Telstra warehouse relocation in SA, to a staged relocation for Canberra Hospital. Tony’s detail oriented approach to planning and managing complex projects results in seamless transitions in complex environments.
